भले ही प्रियंका चौपड़ा और शाहिद कपूर अपने रिलेशन को लेकर कितनी ही सफाई दें पर यह खबर इन दिनों हर जगह उड़ रही है कि दोनों के बीच कुछ चल रहा है। चर्चा है कि यह हॉट कपल आने वाले साल का सेलिब्रेशन साथ करने वाला है। सूत्रों के अनुसार दोनों ने चंडीगढ़ में न्यू ईयर साथ सेलिब्रेट करने का प्लान बनाया है और इसके लिए प्रियंका चंडीगढ़ पहुंच भी गई हैं। 

दरअसल शाहिद इन दिनों अपनी फिल्म "मौसम" की शूटिंग चंडीगढ़ में कर रहे हैं यही वजह है कि दोनों ने नए साल की शुरूआत वहीं करेंगे। चर्चा है कि दोनों के बीच पिछले दिनों कुछ गलतफहमियों की वजह से दूरियां आ गईं थी पर अब वह गिले शिकवे दूर हो गए हैं इसलिए दोनों अब कुछ वक्त साथ बिताना चाहते हैं।

मुंबई। आजकल चर्चा जोरों पर है कि शाहिद कपूर की प्रियंका चोपड़ा के साथ नजदीकियां फिर बढ़ गई हैं। खबर है कि यह कपल एक रिसोर्ट में साथ-साथ समय बिता रहा है। अफवाह यह भी है कि शाहिद कपूर और प्रियंका चोपड़ा जल्द ही सगाई करने वाले हैं। यह प्रेमी जोड़ा नए साल के मौके पर चंडीगढ़ में एक अज्ञात स्थान पर सगाई करने की प्लानिंग में है। चंडीगढ़ में अपने पापा की फिल्म मौसम की शूटिंग में बिजी शाहिद ने वीकएंड पर प्रियंका के साथ समय व्यतीत किया।

 

हालांकि, प्रियंका के प्रवक्ता ने सगाई की खबर से इनकार किया है। पर सूत्रों का कहना है कि शाहिद प्रियंका के बीच मतभेद खत्म हो गए हैं और वो फिर एक साथ आ गए हैं। हाल ही में काफी विद करण शो में दोनों को गेस्ट कपल के रूप में एक साथ देखा गया। अब जब दोनों के बीच पैदा हुई दूरियां समाप्त हो गई हैं तो प्रेमी जोड़े ने एक दूसरे के साथ समय बिताने का फैसला किया है। सूत्रों की मानें तो इस समय दोनों एक रिसॉर्ट में रह रहे हैं। लेकिन किसी को उनकी लोकेशन की भनक नहीं लगी है। 

यह उल्लेखनीय है कि करीना कपूर से ब्रेक-अप के बाद शाहिद प्रियंका के करीब आए और फिल्म "कमीने" की शूटिंग के दौरान उनकी दोस्ती परवान चढ़ी। शायद यह दोनों के बीच बढ़ी नजदीकियों का ही कमाल था कि फिल्म में उनकी केमिस्ट्री लाजवाब थी।

After the bike ride post Koffee with Karan, the love birds Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra seem to be going great guns as far as romance is concerned. A lot have been written about their on-off relationship and at one time it was even speculated that the Kaminey pair have broken up. 

But if the latest is to be believed then rest assured, the two are romancing with aplomb and fervour. The two recently borrowed some time off from their gruelling schedule to head to a spa. 

Shahid is busy shooting in Chandigarh for dad Pankaj Kapur’s ‘Mausam’ even as the Mausam in Chandigarh is pretty chilly. However, Shahid must have felt the heat as the super hot Priyanka Chopra joined him and the duo stealthily slipped away to a lavish spa situated near Chandigarh on the Shivalik Hills. 

Reportedly, the two snuggled up to each other as they made a cosy holiday out of the weekend. The spa must have given them lots of reasons to cuddle up with a perfect and comforting ambience; not to mention the much-needed privacy. 

Though they have never accepted their relationship, don’t forget that there is always a fire beneath the rising smoke.

Saif and Kareena lashed out their tongues and delighted Karan with more comments; something that is bound to stir the nation’s imagination. Earlier, the episode featuring Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone had also grabbed quite a few eyeballs.

New Delhi, Dec 5 (IANS) Filmmaker Karan Johar has actually managed to get Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra to make an appearance together on his chat show "Koffee With Karan".

Karan wrote on microblogging site Twitter: "On my way to have a cup of 'koffee' with Shahid and Priyanka!!"

Rumours have long been doing the rounds about Shahid and Priyanka's on-off relationship ever since the two rocked as a pair in "Kaminey". So will their appearance on Karan's chat show together put an end to the rumours surrounding their relationship status?

Panaji, Nov 30 (IANS) US-based Indian filmmaker Mira Nair says she in talks with Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor for the role of Changez in her film "The Reluctant Fundamentalist".

"I am in touch with Ranbir for the role, but there are three other actors who are also in contention," she said, dismissing media reports that Shahid Kapoor was also in the fray for the role.

The film is aimed at dispelling the notion of Islamophobia, which has pre-occupied the West in the recent past.

Describing the film as an answer from the subcontinent to the American perspective on war and issues like Islam, Nair said: "The movie is about a dialogues between two friends in a cafe in Lahore, which presents a south Asia perspective of the war."

"There is the myth of Islamophobia which the West is obsessed with. We need to counter it. We need to speak about it," she added.

Nair also said that although the film was largely set in Lahore, Pakistan, it would be shot in India as well as New York and Chile.

"We have used actors from Asia and Latin America. We want to shoot for a few days in Pakistan. But the Lahore part has been shot in Delhi, because the cities have architectural similarities," she said.

The story takes place during the course of a single evening in an outdoor Lahore cafe, where a bearded Pakistani man called Changez tells a nervous American stranger about his love affair with and eventual abandonment of America.

The Orissa-born and Harvard educated director has directed several internationally renowned films like "Mississippi Masala", "Kama Sutra" and "The Namesake".

Her 1988 film "Salaam Bombay", based on the lives of street children, was nominated for an Academy Awards in the best foreign film category that year.
